Longing Heart

A tea with a soul, inspired by the misty peaks and poetic landscapes of China’s Anhui Province. Legend tells of a tea master who, longing for his homeland, created this delicate bloom tea to carry his heart with him wherever he wandered. He chose the youngest shoots of Huang Shan green tea and lovingly tied them with chrysanthemum and jasmine flowers — shaping each bundle into the symbol of a heart cradled in a shell. The result is a visual and sensory journey, unfolding like a memory with every steep.

As the bouquet gently unfurls in hot water, notes of peach and floral freshness emerge, evoking the mountain air and tranquil spirit of the tea's origin. Softly vegetal, delicately sweet, and full of emotion, Cœur d’Espoir is not just a tea — it’s a reflection of longing, tradition, and beauty.

Preparation: Place one handcrafted tea bloom in a 3–4 cup glass teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over it and steep for at least 5 minutes. Watch as the bloom opens slowly and gracefully, releasing its fragrance and flavors.
