At Atelier So Lovely, we take great care in curating beautiful, high-quality products and hope you love them as much as we do. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • In some cases, we may issue a store credit or gift card instead of a refund.

  • A valid order number is required as proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@ateliersolovely.com to confirm eligibility. If your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

If your original payment method is no longer valid, we cannot issue a refund to another payment method. In such cases, a gift card for the refund amount will be provided.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened tea products (as tea is a food item)

  • Unauthorized returns

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
For address corrections, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you receive the wrong product or tea blend, please notify us upon delivery. We will assist with returning unopened items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at info@ateliersolovely.com. We’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed for the item cost only, using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire and can be used at any time.
